You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient funds in your cryptocurrency wallet to complete any ticket purchases. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any transaction that we believe may be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

Ticket prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular event or ticket.

The Platform, including all content, software, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Platform or any of its content, except as expressly authorized by these Terms or with our prior written consent.

You may not use any of our trademarks or logos without our prior written permission, except as necessary to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using the Platform:

• Violating any applicable law or regulation, including those related to data privacy and export control.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its related systems, or the accounts of other users.
• Engaging in any activity that could be harmful to minors.
• Uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, you will no longer be able to access your account or any content or information associated with it. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your data as a result of termination.

The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in full force and effect after any termination or expiration of these Terms.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms are not assignable, transferable, or sublicensable by you except with our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.
